Resident Portal: Tenant Accounts

Prior to the Resident Portal, only associations that utilized the VIVO Onsite Portal had the ability to provide access to their Tenants with a limited version of the Portal. This ability has now bee expanded to all associations.

To provide a Tenant with access to the Resident Portal, follow the instructions for sending an Account Invitation.
