Removing Email Consent Units from Mailing Labels Report

• Access the Mailing Labels report by clicking on the Reports tab when viewing the Association and select Mailing Labels

• Check the option under Special to exclude Email Consent units from the Mailing Label download.

NOTE: You may still see “OE” as an option under Resident Types. Unchecking this will also remove Email Consent units, but in the future this Resident Type will not appear, so in anticipation of this change, we encourage you to utilize the Email Consent checkbox.
