Association Meetings has replaced what was previously referred to as the “Board Meeting Calendar”. This calendars is to contain all upcoming Meetings for your association. At minimum it must contain all Board Meetings (Regular Session and Executive Session) and Membership Meetings (Annual Meetings), but also provides a place to put Committee Meetings and other association meetings.

Viewing the Association Calendar

The association calendar can be found in the navigation bar in the Management App.

The default view of the calendar will show you the meetings for all associations that you have access to.

For team members that have access to several associations, the Filter meetings dropdown will be helpful for adjusting what items display on the calendar.

**NOTE: Any references to “Your” or “My” meetings (including the filter called “Only My Associations” is referring to associations that you are listed as either Manager, Assistant, Senior Management, Staff Accountant, or Collections.

Hovering your mouse over an item on the calendar will display the type of meeting(s) for that entry.

Clicking on the item will display additional information regarding the meeting.

**NOTE: The Join URL is intentionally not a clickable link to prevent the Manager from accidentally starting a meeting. The best place for a Manager to start their Association Meeting is from the Zoom App, but you can also copy/paste this link into your web browser.

**NOTE: If a meeting has been designated as utilizing Zoom, then the Zoom Meeting ID, Meeting Password, Join URL, and Call In Numbers will not display on a meeting until 7 days prior to the Meeting Date.

The right side panel in the Management App will display your association’s upcoming meetings. Clicking on the meeting will take you to the Meeting Information page.

If you are on a page within the Management App where you cannot see your meetings in the side panel, click on the calendar icon near the top.

On the Overview Dashboard and Community Care Dashboard for each association, you will find information for the next Association Board Meeting (other types of meetings will not display on the Dashboards, only on the Association Meeting page or in the side panel for your associations).

**NOTE: The Join Web Meeting button will take you to the Zoom website to enter the Meeting ID/Passcode. This is intentionally done to prevent the Manager from accidentally starting a meeting. The best place for a Manager to start their Association Meeting is from the Zoom App.
