A Resident often has a preferred name or nickname but having their legal name is still important to have.
NOTE: A Resident can add their own nickname through the Resident Portal
To add a nickname, click on the edit button to the right of their name
Enter nickname/preferred name in the Nickname field and click Update.
The nickname is able to be used in all Resident Search fields
The nickname is visible on the Resident Profile
Under the Resident List on the right hand side
On the Concierge Dashboard
