Resident Notes can be used for many things and have Visibility Settings to allow for the Notes to just be visible to Team Members or also visible to Residents in the Resident Portal.
To add a Note, click on the green plus sign.
Provide a Priority, Description, Details, and Visibility Settings then click Create.
