In the event that the Management App is unavailable, we encourage that all associations regularly run a Down Report.
The Down Report will contain all current Resident Contact Information (Address, Resident Type, Name, Nickname, Phone Number(s), and Email Address(es)), all Emergency Contacts, and all Guests.
Follow the below steps to run your association’s Down Report.
Click on Reports.
Click on Down Report.
Click on Download Report.
The files will download in a zip folder (most likely at the bottom of your screen).
Click on the folder and you will be able to access the three files.
If downloads of other pages are needed (Packages, Vehicles, Inventory, etc) can be downloaded on each individual page using the Download button on the table.
You will want to have the most number of items showing before exporting, as you will have to export each page.
